1. Who do you help at Grace Behavioral Health?

I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Common challenges our clients face include divorce, co-parenting, work-life balance, miscarriage, low self-esteem, infidelity, grief, and chronic stress.

2. What types of therapy do you offer?

We provide individual and couple therapy for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Life transitions

  • Behavioral issues and coping skills

  • Relationship and family conflict

  • Grief, pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum support

  • Trauma, PTSD, and stress management

  • Women's issues, self-esteem, body positivity, and spirituality
     

3. Do you offer in-person or online sessions?

Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. In-person sessions are available at our Ocala, FL office, and telehealth sessions are available for clients in Florida, Maine, Rhode Island, and South Carolina.

4. What are your session fees?

  • Individual sessions: $125

  • Couple sessions: $175

  • Sliding scale: Available for eligible clients
     

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Your therapy sessions are personalized and compassionate. We focus on your symptoms, environment, family history, and what’s going well in your life. You are not defined by your “problems,” and our goal is to create a safe space for healing, grace, and mental wellness.

8. What are your qualifications?

Dr. Zenia Harris, DCL, LCSW, MSW is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Rhode Island, and South Carolina. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of New England (2017) and brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her practice.

9. How do I know if therapy is right for me?
